1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Processing Begins:

  • You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided work has not yet started.

  • A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is accepted.

• After Processing Begins:

  • Since our products are custom-made, cancellations are not permitted once the design process has started.

2. Refund Policy

A. Eligible Refunds (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If the final product is unusable due to a technical error on our part.

• Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our fault.

To request a refund, you must:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Provide proof of the issue (e.g., corrupted file, missing elements).

B. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of Mind: Since our products are personalized, refunds cannot be issued if you simply change your mind.

• User Errors: Incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong names, dates, images).

• Delays Due to Third Parties: Payment gateway issues, email delivery failures, etc.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

• For bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on your bank.
